Kobi Kilgore
Kobi Kilgore is a City Councilwoman for Ward 2, businesswoman, nonprofit executive, speaker, and native of Winder. Kobi’s career follows her passions, and her impact follows her commitment.
Kobi attends White Oak Spring Missionary Baptist Church, serves on the Spirit of Sharing Board, The Treehouse Board, Young Life, and is a member of GPHSA. She graduated from Winder-Barrow High School and played college softball at Middle Georgia College. Kobi has an associate’s degree in Marketing, a bachelor’s degree from Ashford University in Business Administration and Social Science, and a Master’s in Early Childhood Education. She is currently employed with the Georgia Department of Family and Children Services.
Kobi is deeply invested in the city she grew up in and loves and enjoys being a part of its future. She wants Winder to be a lively, prosperous city for its residents and business owners and feels honored to represent the citizens of Winder.
In her spare time, Kobi loves spending time with Matthew, her family and friends, enjoys shopping, experiencing live music, attending church services, world travel, and the excitement of sports.
