Due to the forecast the Christmas Parade has been cancelled.

The City of Winder is elated to announce its landmark 75th Annual Christmas Parade, with Lisa Maloof as the Grand Marshal, leading a procession that promises to be a spectacle of joy and community spirit. This year’s theme is Candyland, with even more holiday sweetness to look forward to. The event, scheduled for December 9, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, will also feature the inaugural Tree Lighting Ceremony, adding a luminous tradition to Winder's festive celebrations don't miss the pet parade that kicks off the celebration, and glide by the after party to enjoy ice skating and other activities in Jug Tavern Park.
