Spooktacular will look a little different this year, but it will be better than ever!

This year, all trick-or-treating will be focused in the downtown area. Downtown businesses are encouraged to participate inside their stores or set up a booth on the sidewalk in front of their store. Other businesses and organizations will be invited to apply for a trick-or-treat booth here. These trick-or-treat booths will be assigned in spaces along E. Athens Street, N. Jackson Street, and E. Candler Street where the roads will be closed to allow for a safe space for trick-or-treating. Photo booths will be set up at The Plaza, and there will be inflatables located at Winder Community Center. Trick-or-treating will be downtown from 5-7 PM.

At approximately 7 PM, everyone will be invited to walk down E. Athens Street to Jug Tavern Park where will we have our first ever outdoor movie at the newly renovated amphitheater! The selected movie is The Addams Family (2019). There will be a select number of food and craft vendors set up in the parking lot next to Jug Tavern Park, and restrooms will be available at Winder Community Center.
