Heating Energy Assistance Team Program
To help local families in need, utility customers can choose to round up their utility bills or add a small monthly gift using this Donation Form.
One-time and online gifts can be made online through the Heating Energy Assistance Team Program website.
All donations are distributed locally by the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services (DFACS).
