As of May 1, 2008, the City of Winder will no longer mail out a separate disconnect notice. All charges are due by the due date. Any past due balances are subject to disconnection and a $50.00 service fee. No other notice will be sent. Information regarding your due date, billing inquiries and disconnection procedures are listed on the front and back of your regular monthly billing statement.

If paying on your due date, be aware that the 48 hour processing period MAY result in late charges on your account.
