WINDER CULTURAL ARTS CENTER RENTAL RATES

HOLIDAYS: The Cultural Arts Building is closed on Easter Sunday, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

WEEKDAY RENTAL FEES: Rates are available Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. All room rental fees include city staff set-up of tables and chairs (indoor use only). Room rental fees are charged for the entire event to include the customer set-up and clean-up times. Certain restrictions may apply. Minimum three (3) hour reservation required. Excludes holidays recognized by the city. Weekend rates apply to all city holidays.

 *The entire building may be rented after 8:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. (midnight) with a minimum 6 hour rate block and police security.

All room rental fees include city staff set-up of tables and chairs (indoor use only). Room rental fees are charged for the entire event to include the customer set-up and clean-up times ("Doors Open until Doors Closed"). Certain restrictions may apply. Space is available from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight). Minimum six hour reservation is required. All non-profits must provide proof of status.

*Police Security will be required for all events with more than 150 people after 8:00 p.m. 

FEES & DEPOSITS: All deposits and 10% of the fees are required at the time the contract is signed. The remaining balance is due in full 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation or changing the dates of the agreement/lease.

  • Storage of items $50.00 per day (space available basis)
  • Lights & sound $15.00 per hour
  • Podium & microphone $25.00 per day
  • Backstage areas $75.00 per day
  • Police Security $35.00 per hour, per officer
  • Additional staff (as required) $20.00 per staff member, per hour

EVENTS WITH ALCOHOL - Functions with Alcohol: At least one (1) officer shall be provided for the first two hundred (200) persons in attendance and at least one additional officer for every additional one hundred (100) persons in attendance. A minimum of 4 hours per officer will be charged for events with alcohol.
