The mission of the City of Winder Public Works Department is to furnish a friendly, knowledgeable staff to efficiently and effectively respond to the concerns and problems of a rapidly increasing population within the City of Winder. We strive to provide safe, well-lit streets and parks, to promptly pick up leaves, limbs, metal and household items. In short, we strive to provide the finest quality service for the citizens of Winder, Georgia.
