Roger has been employed with the City of Winder since May 2005. He has several years of experience in managing both public and private water systems and holds multiple certifications in the water industry, as well as being a Certified Local Government Manager from the University of Georgia – Carl Vinson Institute of Government. Roger is an active participant in many industry related organizations including the Georgia Association of Water Professionals, Georgia Rural Water Association, and the Georgia Utility Coordinating Council. |
