Public Notice:
City of Winder Water Service Policy
As of May 1, 2008, the City of Winder will no longer mail out a separate disconnect notice. All charges are due by the due date. Any past due balances are subject to disconnection and a $50.00 service fee. No other notice will be sent. Information regarding your due date, billing inquiries and disconnection procedures are listed on the front and back of your regular monthly billing statement.
Payment Notice:
Starting July 1, 2010, transactions made online are limited to a maximum of $600.00 per transaction. No more than three (3) payments in five (5) days and no more than five (5) payments in thirty (30) days are accepted per account or credit/debit card.
