The City of Winder contracts recycling collection to Waste Management. If you have questions about your recycling program or how to prepare your materials, please contact Waste Management at (404) 794-6707 or by email at southatlantic-cs@wm.com.

If you are a resident of the City of Winder, you should have a recycling bin in addition to your garbage collection cart. If for some reason your home doesn't have one, simply contact Waste Management at (404) 794-6707 or by email at southatlantic-cs@wm.com and they will have one delivered to you. Rinse and crush recyclables as far as possible, all containers. Flatten or cut boxes to fit.

Pickup Information Place the Recycling Bin at the curb by 6:30 AM on your collection day to let pickup crews know your cart is ready for collection. Please leave your cart at least three feet away from obstacles.
