    the proposed budget will be available for inspection at no cost inside the Winder Customer Center, 45 East Athens Street between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Copies of the proposed budget can be purchased at the Customer Center for $.10 per page or on a CD for $2.00.
